Install VS2015RC and add C#/Xamarin as an additional feature.Make sure that any previous installation of VS2015RC, Android SDK, Xamarin and the Visual Studio Emulator for Android is completely uninstalled, including getting rid of all associated registry keys.Create an external virtual switch in Hyper-V.Lots of registry keys were left and they caused the re-installation to believe that things like the android emulator was still there even though they were Installing and reinstalling VS2015RC did not work properly since the uninstallation was not complete.The virtual switching in Hyper-V caused windows blue screen crashes when it tried to create virtual switches for my WiFi-adapter so I ended up disabling it.My BIOS was not compatible with the Windows Phone SDK 8.1 so I needed to upgrade.In the end there seems to have been three problems.
